Across personal sessions, group experiences, training, and collaborative spaces, the work is intuitive, responsive, and rooted in consciousness. Each offering creates a different way to explore, receive support, deepen awareness, and engage more consciously with energy.
You don't need to know exactly what you need before you begin. Start with the space that feels most relevant, and we can meet what is present from there.
Personal Sessions
Soul-Aligned Support for Your Unique Unfoldment
Personal sessions offer space for energetic work, intuitive guidance, spiritual exploration, deeper awareness, and integration. Grounded in a soul-focused, consciousness-based approach, the work may move through the physical, emotional, mental, and subtle bodies while remaining connected to the circumstances of your actual life.
Rather than using a set formula, I draw from
Energetic Alchemy, Esoteric Healing, Reiki, Light Language, intuitive guidance, and other approaches according to what is most supportive in the moment.
For practitioners, intuitives, and those developing their own relationship with energy, sessions may also naturally include mentoring, discernment, exploration of the subtle realms, and support in understanding and working with your own gifts.
If you're new to my work, begin with a First Session. Returning clients may schedule a Returning Client Session, or choose a Five-Session Series for greater continuity. For more focused support, I also offer Soul-Aligned Energy Readings and 15-Minute Distance Reiki.
All personal sessions are offered virtually via Zoom, with the option to connect by phone.
Group Sessions & Community
Shared Spaces for energetic support, exploration, deeper awareness & conection
Live transmissions in a field of community amplification
Monthly group sessions offer an opportunity to work within a shared energetic field while exploring the themes and energies that are present for the group. These gatherings create space to move beyond intellectual understanding and engage the work experientially, through the body, the subtle field, and consciousness itself.
Each session develops around a particular theme and may include guided meditation, energetic transmission, subtle body work, Light Language, channeled guidance, and other forms of energetic support.
I also offer client-only gatherings, including Office Hours for questions, conversation, and deeper exploration of energy, spirituality, consciousness, and the subtle realms.
Usui Reiki Classes & Attunements
Rooted in Practice, Presence, and Relationship
I offer Usui Reiki training from Level I through Master Teacher. Classes include the traditional foundations, attunements, and practices of Reiki while also creating space to develop greater energetic sensitivity, intuition, discernment, and confidence in working with energy. The emphasis goes beyond learning techniques, into developing an experiential understanding of Reiki and your own
relationship with it. As that relationship deepens, so can your awareness of energy, yourself, and the way you meet the world around you.
Reiki training is an invitation into an ongoing practice and a living relationship with the energy itself.
Classes are offered online, in small groups.
Workshops, Retreats & Collaborations
Soul-focused experiences for groups, practitioners, retreats, and communities
I offer workshops and immersive experiences for groups interested in exploring energy, consciousness, the subtle bodies, the Rays, spiritual development, and the Ageless Wisdom teachings.
These experiences can be educational, experiential, energetic, or a blend of all three.
Depending on the intention of the gathering, they may include teaching, guided
exploration, energetic transmission, Light Language, meditation, discussion, subtle body work, or other practices that support deeper awareness and engagement with the material.
I’m also available to collaborate with retreat leaders, practitioners, and communities to create something specifically for the people and purpose of the gathering. Rather than bringing a fixed program into every space, each experience can be shaped around the intention, needs, and energetic field of the group. Whatever the format, I bring presence, clarity, and deep energetic support to sacred containers.
