Working with Energy & Consciousness
Our lives are shaped by more than what we can see on the surface. Patterns move through the physical/etheric, emotional, mental, and subtle levels of our experience, influencing how we feel, perceive relate, and move through the world. Energetic Alchemy is the way I describe my work with these deeper layers. It is intuitive, soul-focused, and consciousness-based, drawing from two decades of study and practice with energy, the subtle bodies, spiritual development, and esoteric teachings. Rather than approaching with a predetermined process, I listen for what is present. The work may include Energetic Alchemy, Esoteric Healing, Reiki, Light Language, intuitive guidance, or simply conversation and deeper inquiry. The form often changes. The intention remains steady: to support greater awareness, alignment, and a more conscious relationship with yourself and your own unfoldment.

I'm Leena O'Connor, an intuitive channel and longtime student and practitioner of energy, consciousness, and the subtle realms.
For two decades, I've explored the relationship between energy, consciousness, spiritual development, and our lived human experience. My work has been shaped by years of study in Esoteric Healing, Reiki, Ageless Wisdom teachings, and other energetic and spiritual traditions, alongside the intuitive understanding that has developed through direct practice.
Today I bring those threads together through Energetic Alchemy: soul-focused, consciousness-based work that meets each person and field as it is. I'm less interested in fitting experience into a prescribes method than in listening deeply, discerning what is present, and allowing the work to reveal what is needed.
